The index weights constituents using 4 accounting factors, rather than market capitalization. These 4 factors are: total cash dividends, free cash flow, total sales, and book equity value. The Claymore US Fundamental Index ETF C$ Hedged will hedge its exposure to US currency to eliminate foreign currency return risk for Canadian investors.
