The Guggenheim/Zacks Multi-Asset Income Index ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of the Zacks Multi-Asset Income Index. The Fund, using a low cost "passive" or "indexing" investment approach, seeks to replicate the performance of the Zacks Multi Asset Income Index. The Zacks Multi Asset Income Index is comprised of approximately 125 to 150 securities selected from a universe of domestic and international companies.
