Guggenheim Emerging Markets Real Estate ETF
The objective of the Guggenheim Emerging Markets Real Estate ETF is to achieve investment results generally corresponding to the performance of an equity index called the AlphaShares Emerging Markets Real Estate Index. This index is designed to measure the performance of the investable universe of publicly-traded companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs) deriving a majority of their revenues from real estate development, management and/or ownership of property in the countries of the S&P BMI Emerging Markets Index. As of the date of this prospectus, these countries are: Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand and Turkey.
