The ETF will invest in and hold the Constituent Securities of the applicable Index in the proportion that they are weighted in the Index or securities which are intended to replicate the performance of the Index. The Index results from applying the AlphaDEX methodology to the Russell 1000 Index, and then selecting the Constituent Securities for the Index from qualifying stocks included in the Consumer Staples Sector.
