The First Trust NASDAQ CEA Smartphone Index Fund seeks investment results generally corresponding to the price + yield of the NASDAQ OMX CEA Smartphone Index. This index tracks the performance of companies engaged in the Smartphone segment of the telecom and technology sectors. 45% of the index weight is allocated to companies engaged in the manufacture of handsets, 45% of the index weight is allocated to companies engaged in the creation of software applications & hardware components, and 10% of the index weight is allocated to companies acting as network providers.
