HHA seeks to provide investment results generally equivalent to the performance of HealthShares Autoimmune-Inflammation Index, an equity index of publicly traded common stocks and ADRs. The Autoimmune-Inflammation Index invests in healthcare, life sciences and/or biotechnology companies that have been identified as autoimmune-inflammation companies. Companies included in the Autoimmune-Inflammation Index are engaged in the research, clinical development and/or commercialization of therapeutic agents for the treatment of inflammatory diseases such as osteoarthritis and autoimmune disorders including, but not limited to, rheumatoid arthritis, allergies, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis and lupus.|
