HHB seeks to provide investment results generally equivalent to the performance of HealthShares Patient Care Services Index, an equity index of publicly traded common stocks and ADRs. The Patient Care Services Index invests in healthcare companies that have been identified as patient care services companies. Companies included in the Patient Care Services Index are engaged in providing direct treatment of patients in hospitals, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, assisted living centers, treatment facilities or home health providers.
