The UBS E-TRACS Wells Fargo MLP Index is designed to track an investment in the Wells Fargo Master Limited Partnership Index, and pays a variable quarterly coupon linked to the cash distributions associated with the underlying MLP constituents. The Wells Fargo Master Limited Partnership Index is a float adjusted, capitalization weighted Index that measures the performance of all energy master limited partnerships listed on the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ that satisfy market capitalization and other eligibility requirements.
