The ETF: Powershares Value Line Timeliness Select Portfolio ETF (PIV)

The PowerShares Value Line Timeliness Select Portfolio Fund is based on the Value Line Timeliness Select Index. The Index seeks to identify a group of companies that have the potential to outperform the U.S. equity market. The Index utilizes three core Value Line Ranking Systems: Timeliness, Safety and Technicals. The equally weighted portfolio is rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.
