The PowerShares Active Alpha Multi Cap Fund rates companies with more than $400 million market capitalization traded in the United States. Weekly, the Fund's Sub-Adviser generates a master stock list that ranks these stocks based on its proprietary methodology. Stocks are selected based on factors such as strong earnings growth, low valuations & positive money flow. Fund managers then define their universe as the 2,000 largest stocks of companies with varying capitalizations from the master list.
