Powershares Zacks Small Cap Portfolio ETF
The PowerShares Zacks Small Cap Portfolio Fund is based on the Zacks Small Cap Index. The Index is designed to identify a group of small cap stocks with the greatest potential to outperform passive benchmark small cap indices and other actively managed U.S. small cap strategies. The portfolio is rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.
